1.1 Photos You Upload

When you use CareerShot, you upload selfies to generate professional headshots. These photos are:

• Stored securely on Cloudflare R2 (encrypted at rest)
• Used only for AI headshot generation
• Deletable at any time from your account

1.2 Account Information

We use anonymous authentication by default. We collect:

• Anonymous user ID (automatically generated)
• Device type and operating system
• App usage statistics

1.3 Purchase Information

Payment processing is handled by Apple/Google. We receive transaction confirmation but NOT your payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Photo Processing: Your photos are sent to our AI service to generate professional headshots
• Service Improvement: Anonymous usage data helps us improve the app
• Push Notifications: To notify you when your headshots are ready (optional)

3. Data Storage & Security

• Firebase: Authentication and user data (encrypted)
• Cloudflare R2: Photo storage (encrypted at rest)
• Kie.ai: AI processing (photos not stored after processing)

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers for app functionality.

5. Your Rights

• Access: View all your stored photos and data
• Delete: Remove your photos and account at any time
• Export: Download your generated headshots

6. Data Retention

Photos and account data are kept until you delete them.

7. Children's Privacy

CareerShot is not intended for children under 13.
